check engine light because of spinning tires
When ever i give it a lot of gas in the rain, once the tires start spinning the check engine light comes on, but then goes off after a little while.

And this is in the Durango area why?
And you wonder why you spin the tires when applying lots of gas in the rain why?
No further comments from me.

Most likely it's going to be the rear wheel sensor (ABS) located on the top of the axel.
