Sad to say but My Wife got Rear ended over the weekend while in the Indiana area. Had the kids in the car and all. Fortunetly no one was hurt but the Durango. So far its only up to a grand in repair work. The bumper was pushed in all the way to the spare tire. The tailgate is somewhat bent and does not open. </P>


My guess is the estimate will go up but we are not paying for a thing.</P>

Sorry for the lateness, Here are a couple of pics.





Funny thing though, I feel the Spare tire absorbed a good amount of the impact. It was jammed between the bumper and the rear sway bar. It is in the shop right now and should be back on Friday.

And it was a Ford Windstar that hit the durango. It was in worse shape. Its nose was crushed and had coolant leaking from what I heard.
