Ck fuses 4 and 5 inthe PDC, thats under the hood. Black box. Use a test lite and ck all fuses. Just looking at the fuse doesn't work. You need to see if you have power. If the fuses are good,then remove one of the tail lite assy and unplug. ck the white/tan wire for power with a test lite. If you don't have power start tracing the wire.
