i am looking to bore my 318 out to a 402 or possible a 426 there are kits available that arent too expensive also is there anything else i should be looking in to thank you for your time

yea theres a kit i saw it comes with the crank rods pistons and all the others like rings and gaskets

If your going to stroke it then get it blueprinted and balanced as well.

I saw the kit on www.hughesengines.com but your kit looks better yea i was gonna get it blue printed and balanced so it is possible to make the 5.2 318 into a 426

I don't think tha PCM is going to take that kind of flack without a new custom PCM flash, fuel injectors, heads, valve train, dampener and others. I think you would be better off going to a 5.9L or leave it 5.2L and look into this section.
