Maybe.. But wouldn't injectors also give me problems while my foot is on the gas driving?

Something else I noticed... If the AC or Heat is on, the truck runs fine.. no more studdering.

Is there an easy way to check for Vac leaks?

Also is there a diagram somewhere of all the vac lines? I'll check my haynes manual.. havent seen anything in there for that but I wasnt specifically looking for it either.

Use a propane torch. Unlit I've heard.

Under the hood on the hood should be a diagram. Also Chiltons manual.

VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL
INFORMATION (VECI) LABEL
DESCRIPTION
All vehicles are equipped with a combined VECI
label. This label is located in the engine compartment
on the inside of the hood passenger side.

The VECI label contains the following:

²
Engine family and displacement
²

Evaporative family
²

Emission control system schematic
²

Certification application
²

Engine timing specifications (if adjustable)
²

Idle speeds (if adjustable)
²

Spark plug and gap

The label also contains an engine vacuum schematic.
