sold my ram and bought a 2000 durango 4.7. heres what im having trouble with so far.

1. major exhaust leak from passenger side.. read about the bolts breaking so im going to replace them and the gasket... first question, how do this plastic rivets come out? screw out or pop them out, either way i cant get them out. stupid i know.

2. trying to change the plugs out and the stupid coils will not come off the plug... i took the bolt off but it will not move... any tips?

so far thats it.... and what a ****ty place for an oil filter on this thing! thanks

 

1. What plastic rivets are you refering to? And yes check that manifold to block connection.

2. Turn them if you can and wiggle while pulling up. Sometimes they can be a bear. They WILL give.

 

If your talking about the rivets for the splash shield you just cut with side cuts!
