Probably not going to happen... No programs to support the Dodges, at least that would be worth it...

Is this what you are looking for?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

AUTOTAP OBD2 DIAGNOSTIC SCANNER SOFTWARE FOR PCs and Palm Pilots
WHAT IT DOES: Converts any Windows 9x or higher computer, or Palm Pilot (OS 3.5 or higher), into a scan tool for reading and clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) on 1996 and newer vehicles. Software also displays engine and sensor data in various formats (including gauges or graphs), and shows OBD2 readiness status and misfire data.

HOW IT WORKS: Software can be installed in any PC (desktop or laptop) with Windows 9x or higher operating system. AutoTap Palm V2 version provides the same capabilities for OS 3.5 or higher Palm Pilots. Requires special adapter cable to connect PC Rs232 serial port to the diagnostic connector on the vehicle (provided). Software then allows PC to be used like a scan tool to read data, codes, etc.

LIKES: Easy to install and use. Requires no special computer skills. Is much less expensive than purchasing a professional grade scan tool, yet offers many of the same features. Especially nice is the ability to display data in tables, graphs or a visual gauges (up to nine ******* gauges can be displayed simultaneously on screen!). When used with a laptop PC, allows vehicle performance to be monitored while on the go. The laptop screen is also much easier to read than the small black & white display on most scan tools or code readers. This is a great product for troubleshooting engine performance and sensor problems.

See sample screens by clicking on the icons below:

REQUIREMENTS:Needs a desktop PC or laptop running Windows 95 or higher. For 1996 and newer vehicles with OBD II.

WHO MAKES IT:
B & B Electronics Corp.
PO Box 1040
Ottawa, IL 61350
815-433-5100

My guess is there is no such performance tuning software application out there that you can tune from a pc. This is maybe because they fear the software can be pirated and they be out alot of money. Thus, hardware tuners are the only thing available and you cannot simply duplicate hardware.

As the others mentioned, there are no such software to control the D. The most common thing used is SCT as they mentioned, but when dealing with SCT in most users $ range they map your engine and send the new flash, but if you wanted to do the tuning yourself your looking at $5000+ easily. http://www.sctflash.com/ADVDCX.php

I think if you find a shop in on their web page they can tune to your rig.
