Thats not what I'm talking about.

I know about the housing, axels and hubs. Also I think that is a Spicer D 60.

The problem is....IMHO.... That axel is too wide so you will need to trim it down to the width of the D's. Doing so you will have to cut the housing and also the axel to shorten to over all width.

You might be able to cut the end of the axel at the splines and still have enough spline left to insert and lock the end or you will need to have special length made or spines pressed to line up.

Yeah i could, but then i'd have to order the custom shafts, and spares. Not too expensive but i'd rather stock up on fact 30 splines. Ima just run wide and maybe fab foam some custom flares. My first atempt was a failure with a 4" spread but now i think i have a little more paitence and skill to make em exactly like a set of bushwacker. They will just look odd because the durango's smooth lines would need to be translated.
