Replacement front diff and axle as well as lift hardware eh? For the D? I thought you were already lifted. What donor did the diff come from.

I've had the axles under the D already, mostly for fitment/reference. I never removed the a-arms etc etc, just the rear. So pretty much waiting on a few parts (brake lines/shocks/hoops) and $$$$. It'd my DD so i cant afford to have 4 months downtime like all the other sas's. Im happy with the D's stance as it is, but i cant afford to keep breaking Factory IFS. In the end this is the only way to correctly fix the D's offroad flaw (weakpoint).

Yea, but cut the axels too! How are you suppost to weld em and have em built to last?

nah no cuttin the axle.. Keepin full width.. As for if the axle was cut, have you ever seen a D60 before? Aint no lil 30 or 44. Were talkin 1/2" thick walls, 400lbs of pure meat... Even welded they are tough....
