Default new problems

hello im back again , my truck idles rough almost like its misfiring but when i hook my mac tools mentor scantool up to it shows no miss fire at idle but it shows multiple missfires at full throttle 0-60 im only worried becouse a few days ago i threw in reverse and it died oh i almost forgot it idles any were from 500-1000......

this probly helps its a 4.7l with 155,000 and it is beat and wheeled every day

have you performed the basic tuneup such as plugs, wires, etc... check throttlebody and iac to clean if needed, etc....

except for the wires (4.7 doesnt have them its coil-on-plug engine) i agree with kensai, start out with a tune up and clean the throttle body

No wires but run Champion plugs and clean the TB. Remember to reset the PCM.

ignition was done recently will clean the tb and sorry i just started workin on cars what is the iac and where the hell is it oh yeah i found a pending code massive evap leak but i cant find it i think its the intake gasket

Look up the thread I just posted on replacing the map sensor. A pic I attached, you can almost see the IAC. The IAC is located directly opposite side of the map sensor.

IAC is located on the back of the Throttle Body on a 5.9L and 5.2L
