Here is an installation guide from KRC to get a better idea of what I'm talking about. Cam swap is something you want to be be 100% on before starting. If a step is missed or done incorrectly you can damage the cam, valves, heads, pistons, etc. Its simple to do, but I would hunt down someone who has done it before to help out.

I was hearing when you bump up the cams like this, you need new lifters and things of that sort. Is this true?

You will not need new lifters. 206 Cams require lash caps. Any smaller grind i.e. 212 or greater require beehive valve springs, lash caps and custom tuning. If you decide 212s ensure you don't skip any steps, as I know of one 4.7L that went 212s without lash caps or beehives and the pistons started pounding valves. He had to replace the heads in his 4.7L so ensure you do everything right the first time.
