Default 98 Durango A/C Whining Noise?

My Wifes 98 Durango has started making an annoying Whining Noise from under the Passengerside Dash, as long as the Blower is on it makes it, the funny thing is that when you are driving and you turn to the left it stops??? then starts back when you straighten up. Anyone else have this problem or know what causes it? Thanks

Does it only do it with the AC on or does it do it with heat as well? I'm personally thinking it is the motor and that a left turn causes the squirrel cage to dislodge from whatever it it was resting against.

Yea it makes the noise with the a/c on and when you turn it to heat, doesn't seem to make a difference. Is the blower motor under the dash or under the hood? I think I am gonna just replace it and see if that fixes the problem.

It is under the dash on the passenger side. Try opening up the glove bow to see if you can get to it without removing the whole dash.
