Default Upgrades complete...

I finally got the updates done. The rear shocks and shackles were the most time consuming. I went ahead and dropped the hitch to install the shackles. I got everything installed in about 4 hours though.

I gained exactly 2" in the front and rear with the T/S lift. For the tires, I finally settled on Kuhmo Road Venture M/T - 32x11.50x15. They only slightly rub at half crank on the front plastic fascia. I just need to snip off 1" of plastic and it'll be fine.

I also had a Flowmaster 50 SUV installed last week. It feels a lot more beefy now and is great to drive. I can't wait for the first snowfall.

I'll try to attach some before/after shots.

Stupid Question, what exactly is involved in the T/S lift? I am looking to gain a better stance with my stock 98. Any other items to look at when doing this?

Torsion shackle is quite simple, includes turning the torsion bolts 8 full turns and replacing the rear shackles with belltech 6400 (or similiar) to gair around 2" lift front and back... Best bang for the buck 2" under $80... Then you can toss in a body lift...

I picked up the Belltech 6400 shackles at Amazon for $42, free shipping.

Nice deal!

408<----- forgot to mention that you need a 4 wheel aglinment after the T/S lift is installed because the front end will be out of camber. These usually cost around $80.
