It's direct bolt on so all you need is bolts and there is no drill if you use OEM. Last one I bought I got it for like $50 delivered. You don't even have to drop the spare tire!......IMHO.... Like 2 to 3 in hardness and thats just because you have to hold it up to bolt it.
