I installed a spacer and have been running for over a year with no problems to the Throttle sensor. I think your problem was just coincidence.
However, just like everyone else said I have not seen any noticeable change in response or fuel mileage. You will probably be better off leaving it off, but will not hurt anything if you put it back on. Mine is still on.

97Ram<------ It won't hurt your truck but what we are saying is it is a complete waste of money found on the fact of atomization not intake.


Your best bet is to try to sell it and get your money back to some sucker and live with it or use it as a paper weight.

I GAVE mine away last week so someone else can use it as a paperweight or a doorstopper or a cheap way to make money,

if its aluminum take it to the scrap yard and get a dollar or two for it. may get enough back for gas to take it there in the first place.
