Hello. I have a 2002 4.7 4X2 4speed at 71k with mobil 1 himilage and kyb shocks on all 4. What is the first most common upgrade, or mod i should do to my D?

Do a K&N filter and CIA configuration first.

But before we go there, how much $$$$$ do you want to spend?

 

Ya I looked at that sticky. good idea. I was thinking of cutting a hole in the fender and making a scoop. But this is less permanent

Well I got syn in the motor. I will have syn in the diffs, forced CAI, E3's in a year, aftermarket muffler at some point. thats my plan so far

Is there any tinkering I can do to the eng?

 

You could port and polish the cylinder heads as well as polish the intake manifold,

i hope you dont mean the E3 spark plugs, bc these engines run best with plain old, el cheapo copper core chamipions, or autolites in them, dont waste your money on the fancy "special" spark plugs, even with 3 tips you dont get more spark

Have software update on the TCM and make your 45RFE trans into a 545RFE 5 speed automatic trans.

 

Put Champion Truck Plugs in it, and maybe some ported heads.
