Exclamation 4.7 made me angry help

thier is a hose that comes off of the air box and goes to each side of the engine behind the valve coverwat is the connector on the valve cover end called

Sounds like crank case ventilation hoses. I put a filter in mine so it didn't rely on the factory air setup anymore.

ive got code p0171 can i put a regular fitting on it or will it run lean

My bad, I usually call it a crankcase ventilation hose, but its actually a "Positive Crankcase Ventilation" hose or PCV, lol, I hope the diagram helped.
