Yea thats what i ended up doing. i got the "original green" pro-line antifreeze. i ended up having the same foam coming out of the cap while i was flushing it. There are a lot of bubbles in the water that comes out of the garden hose and after you start adding the new coolant if you just scoop the foamy crap out it eventually goes away. The drain plug wouldn't come loose so i ended up taking the lower coolant hose off (That hose would not come off the THERMOSTAT HOUSING!! "4.7l engine". i recommend getting a flat head screw driver and putting it between the hose and the housing and wiggle until it comes loose) other than that. it wasn't too bad.
