Cool I got the first picture posted. If you will pay attention to the colors of the pencils I will post the opposite side so you can see where each mounting hole is located from the engine side.

I was not sure how many pictures I could post each time so I split them up. More pictures below.

I took these pictures back in 2011 so I could share them here. It has taken me far longer than I expected to get these posted. I have used this forum to help me solve many problems with my Dodge trucks and Durango. So I am trying to contribute to help other members. Hopefully these pictures will help someone trying to replace a heater core in a Dodge Durango.

Once you finally get the heater core out of the box you will discover as I did the heater core tubes mount into the heater core assembly via a bolt and a couple of O-Rings. See the pictures below.

I have searched the web over for hours and hours trying to find a part number for these O-Rings. Or at least a description to tell me what size the O-Rings are. Does anyone know or can you find this part number? Can anyone definitively tell me what size these O-Rings are? I suspect this is where my steam leak is. Do you guys think I am on the right track with this diagnosis?

How the hell did you get that bolt out!? I can't even fit a wrench in there with the transmission tube right in front!

Edit: Nevermind! Pushed the transmission tube out of the way. 30 minutes for this one bolt. Should be pure comedy trying to get it back in...

Had to take the rubber cushions off the AC core in order for it to fit! Hope this doesn't damage the core.

Had to use a dremel to cut away the tabs for the oversized heater core:

I managed to get it out with a long combination wrench then pulled on it until all my knuckles came out of socket and then pulled just a little harder. I'm glad to see this thread finally helped some others.

The o rings are discountiued and I've called every place and nobody has them or can get them so what is our other option I want to replace the seals before putting back in but if I don't replace it with the correct oring size it has. Potential to leak and then we have to take it all the way back out again. Who has figured out what size print is needed? Dodge discounted the o ring 1 year after the reduction of the trucks. I talked with all Mopar sites, rockauto, and other places an nobody can get them so now are we suppose to be **** out of luck or has anybody actually come across these, I been waiting for Owings over a week now.
