Nice to see you got-r-fixed.

Tune ups help more than people know. Make sure you run the right parts though.

Default Still working????

I have a '99 Dakota 5-speed and am having the same problem. Changed plugs (platinum), wires (autolite), cap & rotor (bluestreak). It helped for a short while but now is back. I drive 35 mi to work everyday on interstate and usually might happen once per day. Now has become more frequent and is happening at lower speeds. Wondering if k99jo4 has had any more problems since changing cap & rotor

you have the wrong plugs in the truck they should be champion copper core plugs, and make sure the gap is .040

Auto Lite wires are ****. Take em back and get your money back and go to the dealer and get a OEM set.

Replace the plugs as Sharps stated.

Clean your Throttle Body!
