Performance computer
i think hughes engines will do it.. they have a few options for you. I suggest you grab an old computer from a scrap yard and re-tune that one. That way you will always have the option of going back to stock. You might wanna think about why your upgrading your truck too.. you can pick up a V8 durango or even try to find a 5.9 out there for not all that much money.. thats is a much better option then trying to push as much as you can out of your v6. Once you get the upgrading and tuning bug its hard to stop.. your gonna blow threw alot of money and still not be completely happy.. have a good base car to start with..
no plug wires on the 4.7, just 8 coil overs, one on each plug and one plug per cylinder, sumAmerican has no clue what hes talking about in this case
but the 4.7 does lack the aftermarket support that the 5.2/5.9l engines have/had they do have some stuff out there, and definetly have the potential if you are willing to work for it

super chips is the only company I know of that makes a programmer to reprogram your PCM for the 4.7 family engines. The superchips tuner saves your original program so you can always go back to factory programming if you need to take it in to the dealer to get it worked on or if you sell your tuner.
My hypertech III has similar programming features. I can always revert back to stock programming if I ever sell my tuner or need to bring my truck in to the dealer to get it serviced.
