Terrible Gas Mileage on 01 Durango

I get 20-21 miles to the gallon (Canadian) on the highway and about 11 in town, its time for a tune up now as mileage has gone down lately,
I will start with plugs,wires and O2 sensors then see where its at then.
But I'm sure that will not be until warmer weather.
