Its a Daytime Running Lamp Module-

ok well since its the drl module it puts the headlights on a very low setting everytime you put the truck in gear until you shut it off or put the e-brake on, not necessary to have it working in the US, but in canada it is law, if its not working and there are no other problems i wouldnt worry about it
