OK Guy's
I have changed the engine temp sensor, Mas Air flow temp sensor, T.P.S Idle air intake valve, Crank sensor, fuel pump, Emergency shut-down relay, Fuel pump relay.

It runs but when it warms up and you leave it idling it will stall after 20 minuets and then it will not run.

Thrown as much money at this car as i can. need to fix can anyone help

Why did you change so many things and introduce so many variables? What was the initial problem and lets start form there.

It started running rough sometimes when it was warm, then it started running rough and stalling and would not start until it cooled down. Then it would start up but not idle, when you pressed the gas peddle it would rev high then stall. this problem was getting worse. everything I changed made the motor run a little better and now I am back to the same problem I started out with.

The motor starts, runs nice, but if you let it stand and idle for 20 min it will stall, then it does not want to run until it cools down. I have checked for codes and there are none.

why are you letting the engine idle for 20 min? thats really not such a good idea, (if you are just doing it for diagnostic purposes disregard me)

+1.

Letting the D idle for 20 minutes is 15 minutes too many.
Many have said goodbye to transmissions because of that.

You can try a PCM. Sometimes when they are going out and get hot they shut down causing the crash. You can pick it up from Ebay pre-flashed for direct bolt in for like $200.

Today the D just stopped running while I was driving. I did not know it stalled untill I started to slow down. It started back up ok and ran well after that. I also was in the D and had it idling it stalled 2 times in 5 minutes but started ok. I noticed that the engine was idling at about 650 rpm's. Is the PCM the power control module?

The thing that gets me is that when it runs it runs so well and then stops?
When I changed the fuel pump the gas coming out the outlet was black. The tank was clean. not sure if I am dealing with some bad injectors?
