I third the condition of the rad. Maybe a minor collision pressed the rad into the clutch fan assembly? Cause a rad shuold NOT have any curves in it.

well i bought her 1 year ago... very good price.. around $8k doing the conversion from mexican pesos... so i think she had a colision..


as for me.. i took her off road and crashed into the sand... that only made it worse.


Now i have completed the instalation.. some more pics:

sorry bout the last pic being blurry..

also flushed the tranny oil pan and replaced tranny oil, and flushed coolant... well that was a must after changing the rad..

Dude! You have tile in your garage??? Nice touch! And great pics. Great to see someone who does their own work. As for your new tires, what were the old numbers? If they're the same, then you would have no problems. But if the're not, then you need to have the pcm(?) reprogrammed with the new tire size. If you don't, then your speedo will be off.

that tiled garage must be a real PITA to keep clean, i loves me some concrete, nice and easy to keep clean, unless you have aftermarket rims you will need r16s (i think R/T rims are 17s too so if ya got those your fine)

thx!! well im buying a bit different size.... the ones i have: 245/50r17 (dunlop SP)

i should have: 275/60r17

im buying: hankook 265/70r17 dynapro AT

yes it is painful to keep clean... but we got someone that helps with that... i need to build a workshop...
