There's a 15 amp fuse in the junction box (dash fuse panel). If you are asking about the panel behind this panel that is where there is a cigarette lighter, power outlet fuse and not sure the other 2 as there is 4 fuses back there.

VT/BK.......+ Backup lamp.
BK...........Ground
BK/YL.......Driving Lights
WT/TN.....Hi mount brake light
LG...........Drivers Stop Turn
TN...........Pass Stop Turn

I had to look in multipule Service Manuals for this as that don't look right. In the 2000 Dakota Service Manual it states that the Right and Left stop turn are DG/BR but have different colors before the switch DG/RD Drivers and BR/RD pass. You will have to see what you have.

You couldn't find the OEM trailer wires back by the spare tire frame area on the drivers side?

no i was talking about beside the battery the main dist.center has a 50 amp fuse for a woring harness, but i'll check what i have for colors i guess i'll have to run a wire to the pass. side as well for that turn signal

You basically state in this post that you did NOT have a tow package installed and that you installed a receiver. Now your sayin that there is a towing relay???? I'm REALLY lost! Whats the question here????
