if you were close enough i would be more than happy to check it for you if you could get to me, but as stated buy a cheap voltmeter (spend $10 on one and it should serve you well) and check btwn the two terminals in each fog light plug. if you dont get a reading there check both the terminals in each plug to a ground, if one of them gives you a reading then the ground in the wire harness is bad

thank you sir!

I'll update when I find out what's going on. The fog lights are just one of several different things I need to get straightened out with my vehicle over the summer.
