Default Newbie w/ Milky Headlights

Hi All,
Just joined DF...Have a '99 Durango 5.2 SLT, the headlights have turned milky and don't throw much light donw the road anymore. Can I get new clear lenses (diamond cuts or something similar)? Would like to upgrade beyond the OEM replacements. Thanks!

The other cheaper option is to buy one of the headlight polishing kits to get them clear again. They do work real well and I use Meguiar's Plastx and welcome to the forum.

Two words for you my new found windy city friend.. E-BAY

This might get you started. One piece, a little pricey but fairly comparable.

i used the meguires restore from walmart, was under 20 bucks, came with everything you need except a drill. worked great, mine were dark yellow and now are crystal clear. you can see clean through them.

however for a hundred bucks that link to ebay is tempting!

I like the one piece assembly part of it. The aftermarket ones I ordered are two piece, and where the factory turn signal/parking lights are amber lens and clear bulbs, the aftermarket ones I ordered are not clear more of a light amber lens and you have to get the amber bulbs. Same bulb number, just amber instead of clear.
