Wrap the lug in 2 or 3 folds of tin foil, then remove. Unsuccessful, wrap again with another layer and try again.

Throw them all away with the key and buy new OR at a minimum buy a new key. It will have been damaged too.

Next time, make sure the key is fully seated and flush/level when removing. Any angle on a breaker bar, lug wrench or impact and that nut is done.

I appriectiate the response & ideas, however i may have not been clear. These are solid one piece lugs, not the ones with that damb cap that always comes off. Wish it was.
The cone is still on & tight. With no hex to grab......Irwin makes a bolt grip tool, but i only have room for 1 1/8" O.D. tool to get in there. Sure enough, the size to "fit" is 1 1/4" O.D. I'm sure there is one out there, just not here in Hicksville.
Will be banging sockets, last resort DRILL!!
Wish me luck & Thanks for the reponses & ideas.
All this to gain access for freeze plug leak..............one seems to lead into another on this project!

The only thing I could tell you is to chisel some groves on it enough to really hammer a socket on there and have enough to wall to grab on to it. Once I had to chisel a side completely off until it cracked. Then I put a socket on it and it backed right off.

You were clear. The suggestions were clear.
Foil will get it usually. A smaller hammered on socket will too. Just get it done.

Well, Got it. I talked my local tire shop again, he let me borrow bolt grip deep well they have. Hammer just enough to get a bite & off it came!
May be a worthy tool investment.
Thanks Again,
Jim

Will post pic later.......

I never put full Torque on the locks just in case.
