Default 2002 Durango with 47K miles electrical problem?

Having some electrical issues. when just driving down the road, door locks are engaging and disengaging, door chime going off, interior lights going on and off, horn beeping on its own.

When you stop the car and turn off key all things stop except the interior light stays on.

Installed new battery 3 weeks ago, had original battery in car. disconnected NEW battey for 5 mins to try and reset computer.

Service engine light is NOT on.

Has anyone experienced anything like this.

Any help would be great appreciated

After all, this same diagnosis happens on a post every 3 days for the same symptoms.
