Bad Speaker
Why go with OEM......why not take this opportunity to upgrade? Techronics.com sells Infinity 6032 CF for about $70 a set shipped. Shipping may be cheaper since they are SOCAL based... Take the Infinity, get the wiring adapters available from Bestbuy and for under $100 and about 30 minutes labor you have a nice set of Infinity speakers with built in tweeters.
Google Infinity 6032 CF and techronics should come up.

Can't get much simpler than the best buy adapters. Plug one end into factory plug, other end goes on speaker. Both my car and truck are running aftermarket HU's and speakers and it makes a big difference...
Dodge is right......With the adapters from BestBuy...they are that simple and easy to install. The speakers themselves go into the factory housing and if installed correctly once you put the door panel back on nobody will know until they start hearing the quality. Tell you what try the site....order the set for the front...get the adapter and try that first.....If you feel that the front one were easy to install then you can go from there on the rears. To answer the original question I am not sure where you can get original speakers except for junkyards and with those you are possibly getting the same crappy speakers you are replacing. I don't think you will find Infinity speakers for much less than the techronics site but, I would strongly recommending replacing with better quality aftermarket speakers.......The cost difference is not that much. Speaking for the Infinty's at least, I can say in the time that it took me to write this post one door of speakers could be installed. My overall install took a bit longer because I ops checked each door prior to moving onto the next one but even with that and if the door removal tools, wiring adapters and everything ready it should take you less than one hour to remove/replace and ops check all four doors.

Even if you don't go with the Infinity's pretty much any decent name after market speakers are better than factory base speakers. Again, I am speaking biased for the Infinity speakers but I am sure Kenwood, Sony, JVC and Alpine to name others are pretty decent aftermarkets......Anyone care to chime in with experience?
You can repair your OEM speakers yourself as long as the voice coil is not damaged. Usually the foam ring surrounding the cone either came off and you just apply some rubber cement to reglue it or purchase a replacement foam ring if the rings themselves are deterioated and broken.
Go to www.simplyspeakers.com to get the replacement foam rings. I made a write up on how to replace the foam rings in this forum.
