Hello guys I was just wondering if I got the right oil. I have a 98 5.2 durrango.I got 5w-30 full synthetic oil.just want to he sure before I add it.thanks in advance

You should use 10W-30 for normal weather conditions. 5W-30 in VERY cold weather (under 32 F). Can you use it, well sure, but concitering it's summer time I would say no.

I know in my manual (hemi) it says 10w-30 for 100 degrees and above. (thanks to VA) but check out the manual

I changed my oil to fully synth 10w-30. Never looked back since.

fully synthetic is just fine but make sure it is 10w30 since that is what the manual calls for
