the drain should come out through the firewall on the passenger side of the truck, you SHOULD be able to clean it out with a piece of wire coat hanger, but i know alot of people had no clog and the problem was caused by air pushing the water back into the hose as you drive, putting a 90 degree elbow on the end to point it down will solve the problem.

Thanks for the reply, I looked where you said and can't find it. My friends dodge is a 2003 Durango that has the leak,I am just helping him, is there something that might be covering it? I saw pic from another post of where it is located but the pic looks like it/s from an older Durango because it's to easy to locate in the pic virsis what i'm looking at in the 2003.
also check the auxiliary water pump, located by passenger side fire wall towards back
this pump has a history of failing and tell tale sign is water leak right behind passenger front tire
assuming hoses are good, 20 min fix

Most people do not know that Durango's with rear A/C-Heat have that auxiliary pump for the rear. But the OP is looking for the drain for his front A/C unit, he does not have a leak or is leaking coolant.

Well I found the drain and no you can't see it because it is covered by a piece of aluminum behind the exhaust header pipe.
Thanks for your help. Charlie
