thats an hho generator, and they are a hoax i did some testing at one point bc they caught my attention, i built and installed a small one, very minimal gains on the highway and about a 10% loss in MPG in around town driving.

I paid $2 for my 2001 SLT 4x4 with 277 XXX km on it. But it also has a faulty transfer case.

Bought my 2000 SLT, 5.9 tow package with rebuilt trans for 10,000 in 2005.
The wife calls it hers tho
PS had 89,000 mile on it.

98 durango SLT fully loaded 3rd row seat leather has the 318 158500 miles has rebuilt trans less than a year ago second own people i bought it off of where retired so excellent shape excpt the rear hatch has some bugs like need upper ball joint and tie rod end two tires and their is a drain on the battery and the rear hatch dont open other than that durango is spotless paid $2800
