eFan is on with the AC and on on temps over 210. That is the only time it is on from the factory setting. You are all correct on that.

 

+1 on all counts. Or you can get an aftermarket controller like Flex-a-lite and hook up the efan to turn on at a lower temp to help with the cooling. You can find installation instructins by using the search button up ^^ there.
