Sounds like there going to be doing some motor work. Very unlikely that this problem will fix its self. Glad you have a warranty. Good luck!

 

Take it back to the dealer. If they keep messing up, make a scene and talk to the manager, shop steward, shop manager everyone who will listen, especially in front of other customers. They don't want a bad rep so keep pushing them to fix the problem.

 

Is the warranty good anywhere other then the dealer you got it from?
I might look at taking somewhere else.

 

That's a very good idea, Chris. See if they have a partnership with a reputable shop that can do the work for them.

 

Yea its going to be going back to them i want my truck fixed! I got a pregnant fiance and the last thing i need is the truck breaking down on me while shes in the truck.
Apparently they said the warranty can be used at any Licensed repair shop, but im going to take it back to them. They sold me this car on thursday its only tuesday and it already has a major problem so they can fix it.

 

WOW! That is a very short time for problems to show up! I would see if they can supply a loaner until they fix the problem. I hate to say this, but you can use your fiance's pregnancy to your advantage. Say something like if she goes into labor and you have no transportation cause they're still trying to fix the D and if anything wrong should happen... I'm in no way trying to wish you or your fiance any harm, but you can try to get a loaner that way...

 

O yea i'm definitely going to see if i can get one thats covered under my warranty to. So i'm definitely going to try and get my hands on one cuz it is a really short time to be having problems like this. It actually pisses me off cuz like i said i love this truck this is the exact truck i wanted with everything i wanted in it.

I took it back to the dealer today, cuz its just getting worse. They're going to do the head job but they want me to bring it in on monday and they said i can pick it up tuesday. They're going to order a brand new head so hopefully this issue will be done with.

 

Tell them to give you a Loaner!
