ugly sounding clunking
Hey guys, I noticed the other day while test driving the durango from another issue that I have a nasty sounding clunking from the front drivers side whenever I hit a bump, crack, pothole, ect...
I pulled the tire and everything seems to be proper, all ball joints tight with no play, a-arms are tight, shocks fine, sway bar is good, wheel bearing has no play left/right or up/down.... any thoughts as to what I should check next?

check ur caliper on that side and make sure the caliper bracket has all teh bolts in it,also the rubbers around the caliper pins/bolts that hold it onto the bracket. i had one that the rubbers were gone and the caliper made some awful racket everytime i hit a bump. just another idea to check

I didnt think about checking the caliper, that might be it cause I get a slight squeel once and a while with the brake on that side, it odd though, its a loud clunk but there is also a rattle with it, I had a car that the dust sheild for the rotor rattled and thats what it kinda sounds like but I checked that
