Symptoms are:
dome lights flicker
elecric door locks do not work
keyless entry works part time- once you get the doors to open/lock then the electric door locks will work
headlights do not work unless the key is on

I'm thinking ground wire somewhere but am at a loss of where to start.

 

Likely the Central Timing Module

$450 dealer install only. Take both key fobs with you for reprogramming

unfortunately, i agree with indy, sounds like the CTM dealer only bc it needs to be programmed to your trucks features and your key fobs, take em both with you
