Default 4.7l whine

is it just me or does the 4.7l have a sort of whine to it when accelerating or revving the engine? videos pick up the whine quite well and people ask me if its supercharged lol. what exactly causes this whine. its not very loud in person but if you listen for it you can hear it.

I always figured it was because the hamsters powering the engine were asthmatic.

No no no! Chrysler LLC switched over from the athsmatic hamsters to bronchial guinea pigs during the '00 to '03 model years. The whining you hear is from the squirrels in the squirrel cage running ragged to keep the a/c system working!
Seriously, I always attributed the whining to the transmission.

its a byproduct of all the electronic/magnetic sensors and systems installed in modern cars, im not sure how it would cause a sound tho unless you are hearing it through your speakers . . .
