The output sensor on the transmission is for the speed sensor. As far as the ABS, you need to pull codes. The problem could the module or an open wire and not a sensor. On the cooling system, make sure the radiator is full and if it is, the thermostat maybe stuck open. Replace it if it is.

You need to find someone with a scanner that reads the other modules too, not just the PCM. If you know someone that has a DRB3 or works at a dealer, have them pull the codes for you.

the rear wheel speed sensor should be the same, i would try the transmission output sensor, on the drivers side of the transmission, idr how much it was when i had to change it on my old truck, but it wasnt much,

the heat if you took the t-stat out that is the same as it being stuck open and is at least part of the problem, the other issues could be a clogged heater core, or an air bubble in the system, needs to be burped any time you have to open it up you introduce air which must then be removed after you close everything back up. Or the blend door in the dash could be stuck on cool not allowing the heat from the heater core to get to the vents.

you can check if the heater core is clogged by feeling the hoses going into the dashboard, they should both be warm when the engine is warmed up, if only one of them is hot to the touch you have a clogged core

If you have 4 wheel ABS you will have sensors on the front wheel bearing on each side. It wouldn't matter as the rear sensor is the same on both models.

Replace the transmission output sensor.
