I'm a member over at Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forum also and they have one of these threads going on over there, so I thought I would try to start one over here.
So here it goes:
Today I washed my D, scrubbed the rims, cleaned the rubber floor mats, started my oil change, will let oil drip out over night and finish in morn.

I did air filter, outer sway bar bushings, clay bar, rubbing compound, and waxed the exterior paint. Quick dust, wipe down, and vac the interior, cleaned the windows. Looks brandy new again until it rains on tuesday. OH and I almost for got, I finished my oil change and added some mystery oil to the crankcase now it runs alot smoother.

additives in the oil are bad in 99% of the cases, it is well stated in this section that we all hate these so called 'fix in a bottle' things that claim to improve your engine or make it last longer, its all BULL**** these companies can put w/e the hell they want in these additives and its NOT good for your engine, in your case the engine is running more smoothly because you put fresh plugs in it.
