Get a box of heavy weight ziplock freezer bags to keep the screws and bolts in as you remove them. Label the bags as you go (there is a nice white area for writing on most freezer bags, plus they are heavier to support this automotive reuse of them.) You are going to be surprised at how many small parts you will have to remove.
Strongly suggest evap, core and blower motor all at same time. Also, triple seal the air box back up where the black gooey seal is. Otherwise fan noise will significantly be increased.

All you guys are crazy! Why, because I'm a fair weather mechanic and got this job done in about 4 1/2 hours. The hardest part of the job was removing the expansion valve from the condenser. One of the bolts where frozen on and I had to replace the valve and condenser. While I had the whole box open, I took the time to clean it out with some 409 to eliminate any odder from anti-freeze, cause as we all know that **** stinks... My job came out flawless in the end. You'd never know the entire dash was taken apart. Note* the steering wheel support bars are a major pain in the butt to put back on if you don't take a picture or two for re-installation reference. Good luck and don't pay those blood sucking mechanics your hard earned money!! this job is a piece of cake, trust me.
