Angry 0753 code from hell! Help if you can?

Where to start. I bought a 1999 durango with codes 1765 and 0753 from an auction. Went to dodge and got they're troubleshooting procedure for this problem. After troubleshooting I found no shorts, opens or grounds in the circuit. The control relay checked good, all solenoids and sensors checked good in the transmission. So I bought a reman PCM online from auto computer exchange. I installed the reman PCM. Test drove the durango and as soon as it shifted into 4th gear, I got 0753. So since the solenoids and sensors are fairly cheap, I bought all of them and installed. I then test drove the durango and once again 0753 once the transmission shifted into forth, and back into limp mode. At this point I didn't know what to do, so I took it to a diagnostic shop. When the shop was done, they concluded with no answer for the fault. They said that they understood why I did what I did and that they could not find any thing. They recommended have the transmission looked at. So I pulled the transmission out and had it rebuilt, with a new valve body installed. Installed the transmission. Test drove the durango, and everything worked great through fourth gear for a few miles then 0753 came back!!! So here I am. What to do next??? I forgot to mention that after I installed all new sensors, and 0753 came back, I sent the reman PCM back and they checked it, saying nothing was wrong with it. What to do??? This Sucks.

The P0753 is not due to the PCM. It sounds to me like you got a bad shift solenoid. Did you replace the filters when you were in the transmission and did you replace with ATF +4? Also, did you do a band adjustment while the pan was dropped?

As for the remanufactured PCM... I don't know what to tell you on that one. I've got mixed emotions when it comes to remanufactured computer parts and let's just say I wouldn't put one in my truck.

Check and see if you have full battery voltage at pin 1 at transmission harness connector....PCM looks for correct voltage and if it sees an unexpected voltage dtc 753 will be triggered.....

Here is part of the pdf file for code P0753 3/4 shift solenoid circuit. This what the dealer use. If you would like the rest of the pdf file, send me your email address and i'll send it. One more thing, Did you replace the 3-4 shift solenoid? Because to replace it you need to remove the valve body.
Symptom:
P-0753 TRANS 3-4 SHIFT SOLENOID/TRANS RELAY CIRCUITS
When Monitored and Set Condition:
P-0753 TRANS 3-4 SHIFT SOLENOID/TRANS RELAY CIRCUITS
When Monitored: Continuously with the key on.
Set Condition: This code is set if the voltage detected on the 3-4 Shift Solenoid Control
Circuit at the PCM is different than the expected voltage.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
FUSED B(+) FEED TO THE TRANS CONTROL RELAY OPEN
TRANSMISSION CONTROL RELAY DEFECTIVE
3-4 SOLENOID WIRING HARNESS INTERMITTENT DEF
3-4 SOLENOID WIRING HARNESS OBSERVABLY DEF
SHIFT SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
SHIFT SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
SOLENOID AND HARNESS DEF (SOLENOID CONNECTOR)
SOLENOID AND HARNESS DEF (SOLENOID CONTROL CKT)
TRANSMISSION RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN
TRANSMISSION RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GND
PCM DEF (3-4 SOLENOID/TRANSMISSION)
PCM DEF (TRANS 3-4 SOL/TRANS RLY CKT)
PCM DEF (3-4 SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT)
PCM DEF (SOLENOID HARNESS AND PACK)
