Yes...if it is crimped it will block flow and if enough flow is lost then you could get a M.I.L.... (Malfunction. Indicator Lamp....Chrysler speak for check engine lamp)
Inspect the tubing carefully if it is crimped there is a possibility of the tubing being either dry rotted or torn.

And if the any of the tubes are torn get a replacement flex tube from your parts store. Mine tore and I had to replace and the dealer said that tube that broke (side of TB to EVAP service port) was only available if I bought the whole EVAP system parts under the hood, costing around $170 IIRC.
Well after a good laugh he said it's very low pressure so flex tubin would work so I went down o Advance and bought a hose for $3 and has worked perfectly to this day!
