Problem with torque on adjusting band screw!

Now I have another dilemma... the lowest inch pound torque wrench I can find ANYWHERE is 120 inch pound. Has anyone ever used this setting and then backed off for "torque" and then backed off again 2 turns for the adjuster screw setting?

That means it can be set for anywhere from 0 to 120 inch lbs. 72 falls within that range. That wrench will work just fine.
