That's funny because we were set on an 2002 JGC and when we got to the dealer they had sold it a couple hours before we got there! Then as we were looking around the lot about to leave my wife was like "How about that one?" Glad we did... Even if it gives me trouble sometimes!

1 old trick to keep the gasket on the pan and the bolt holes matched up is to tie a lil string on each corner to hold the gasket on and in place. You lift the pan up and start most the bolts (just start them) then cut the string and pull it out and put the last 4 bolts in.


Great for hard to reach setting of gaskets!

Yeah, jeeps are nice too though. still in the Chrysler line i suppose you could say. though i like my 1st gen durango. she looks good and runs well. cant really complain besides my crummy gas miles. lol

That is a good trick hydra. I can see myself using that a few times down the line. lol you know the best idea's are usually the simplest ones.
