diff locking kit
Yep good call I looked it up and the 1998-2000 Durango used the Dana 35 IFS. Not the same as the solid axle.

God I see lots of wrong stuff in here so I will start.
Then you have 3 other options, PT locker, Posi, or Open gearing. On the PT locker (Part Time) you have a choice between mechanical and air as seen in my last post #7 .
Incorrect, they installed 2 different front diffs in the Durango.
194 IFS Front Axle 1998-1999
C205F Front axle 2000-2003
"Yes", basically (but not the same thing) stating it's the same type size as a Dana 35 (built by Dana) but it is built for Chrysler as a front solid diff and axle housing, with shortened axle housing concluding the CV shafts for turning. Good call Widow.
Incorrect as the Full Time 4X4 option wasn't available until 2000 and they made both open and LS differentials in both 9.25 and 8.25.
Open is the only thing available that I know of? Regardless, I don't know of anything for the 194 IFS (1999 or 2000-2003 "unsure of starting year"). http://www.4wheeloffroad.com/techart...als/index.html
i do have a lsd in the back and thats whats irritating me.
The Durango has the Chrysler 8.0 IFS front axle.

isn't the front diff on 98-2000 Durango's a Dana 35?
All Full 4x4 98-00 Ds have the LSD. No need to state that.
