It sounds like whoever replaced the transmission fluid last either put too much fluid in, or not enough. I'm leaning towards not enough and likely your pump is sucking some air because of insufficient amount of ATF and causing it to bubble.
You need to take it in to a transmission shop to get that looked at because I can be wrong, and if I am it could be a very bad ending very soon.

well here is an update brought it to the dealer and it is fixed it was the fluid low and filter change fixed that but now sitting in the driveway after it is warmed up the engine will all of a sudden die but i can crank it right back up what would cause it to jus die then be able to crank right back up i checked all fuses and just about every connection on the engine

Please make a new thread regarding it to help others help you. To me however, it sounds like an IAC which is the Idle Air Control valve that is located on the back of the throttle body. It's likely that cleaning it out and cleaning the throttle body while you're in there will get rid of your problems.

cool i will try that this afternoon and on the battery part ive been through 3 optima red tops in the past six months so i chuncked it and went and got a old trusty duralast i worked for autozone for a few years and have seen them be put through hell and high water and still be good so hopefully that isnt the issue
