No as long as it says throttle body or intake cleaner you should be good to go! I personally use CRC but their pretty much made up of the same thing.

Well I cleaned the TBI & IAC and she accelerates alot more smoothly and quickly. It still does the surge and bog then surge again only this time it does it with the RPM's in the red. Changed the transmission sensor and I'm still getting the abs/parking lamps on.

Replaced the connector on the RSS and so far so good on the lights, engine still races and had to put the original TPS back on. The replacement tps busted, replaced it under warranty and the second one did it too. I think I am going to double check the tv cable and thinking its the bands.

You shouldn't be bringing up the RPMs into the red. It's called redline for a reason and you shouldn't go into that zone as it can cause serious problems.

Yeah I have been trying to avoid that as much as possible. I'm stumped outside of the bands or the cable.

Is your ABS and brake light still on after replacing the sensor in the diff.? If so you may have to reset that also. Had to do it with mine when both those lights came on and the speedo quite working. This was a year ago. I read a post somewhere on resetting this. Worked for me cause no warning lights since.

The reset had something to do with unhooking the neg cable from battery and turning key on and pushing brake pedal to floor. Sorry but thats all I can remember. Hope it helps

fixed the abs/parking brake lights coming on by swapping out the connector on the RSS and swapping out the speed sensor on the trans. The one that was in there was shot.

The best thing to use is an old tooth brush.

Any maker of Throttle Body cleaner will work.

For the record, Mopar uses the term VSS as in Vehicle Speed Sensor, assuming you were referring to the speed sensor as RSS.

Widow both of thise sensors have been replaced. I replaced the VSS when I cleaned the TB/IAC and I still had the lights on changed the wiring cable on the RSS and nada since then. Now I am just trying to figure out the one issue that I have been having. The one with the engine racing up and bogging and racing again when I floor it.
