Thanks. You guys at hypertech have been most helpful. I checked out the ABS and there is a floating wire that looks like it might be a ground. I was going to play around with it and see where it is supposed to go and check my connections. The programmer seems to be working correctly, its just not overriding whatever setting is stuck in the abs module.
